Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • sliced green onions - 1/3 c
  • mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1 c
  • sliced celery - 3/4 c
  • Italian dressing - 1/3 c
  • hard-cooked eggs - 4 item
  • medium potatoes, cooked in jackets - 7 item
  • prepared horseradish mustard - 1 tsp

How to make sour cream potato salad:

Peel and slice potatoes (6 cups). Pour Italian dressing over warm potatoes. Chill 2 hours. Add celery and onions. Chop egg whites. Add sieved yolks, mixed with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Fold into salad. Add salt and celery seed. Chill 2 hours.
