Sour cream potato salad

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• salt
• vinegar - 4 Tbsp
• pepper - 1 tsp
• chopped onion - 1/4 c
• prepared mustard - 1 tsp
• mayonnaise - 1/2 c
• celery seed - 1 tsp
• sliced celery - 1 c
• hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
• diced cooked potatoes - 4 c

How to make sour cream potato salad:

Combine potatoes, celery seed, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Dice eggs and add to potato mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Chill several hours.
