sour cream - 1 c
salt - 2 tsp
pepper to taste - 1 item
celery seed - 2 tsp
Miracle Whip
or 10 medium potatoes, boiled in jackets I use red potatoes; they are moister and slice better - 8 item
cucumber, peeled and sliced thin - 1 item
onion sweet, sliced and separated into rings - 1 item
dash of vinegar and Worcestershire sauce - 1 item

How to make sour cream potato salad:

Dressing:1 c. Miracle Whip1 c. sour cream2 tsp. salt pepper to taste2 tsp. celery seed dash of vinegar and Worcestershire sauce Boil potatoes until tender. Cool, peel and slice thin. Add to cucumber and onion.

Make dressing; toss potatoes, cucumber, onion and dressing lightly. Chill.

I think it is better if it sets overnight.
