vinegar - 3 4
pepper - 1/4 tsp
chopped onion - 1/4 c
prepared mustard - 1 tsp
mayonnaise - 1/2 c
diced celery - 1 c
celery seed - 1 tsp
hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
diced cooked potatoes - 4 c
diced cucumber - 1/2 c

How to make sour cream potato salad:

Combine potatoes, celery, cucumber, salt and pepper. Toss lightly. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Dice whites and add to potato mixture. Sieve yolks and combine with sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Add to potato mixture. Mix carefully. Chill several hours before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
