  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 item
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • whole cloves - 1 item
  • pork chops - 1 item

How to make sour cream pork chops:

Season pork chops with salt and pepper; dredge with flour. Brown in margarine. Insert a clove in each pork chop and place in baking dish. In same pan where pork chops were browned, put sugar, water, sour cream, bay leaf and vinegar. Bring to boil; pour over chops. Tightly cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
