Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- whole cloves - 1 item
- pork chops - 1 item
How to make sour cream pork chops:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper; dredge with flour. Brown in margarine. Insert a clove in each pork chop and place in baking dish. In same pan where pork chops were browned, put sugar, water, sour cream, bay leaf and vinegar. Bring to boil; pour over chops.
