- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- poppy seed - 1/4 c
- 5 oz
- cream sherry - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream poppy seed cake:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour batter into a buttered Bundt or tube cake pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Hungarian.
