  • sour cream - 1 c
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp

How to make sour cream fudge:

Boil ingredients slowly until fudge forms a soft ball in cup of cold water. Let cool and stir until fudge loses its gloss. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
