- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Stir soups, sour cream and green chilies until it bubbles. Fill tortillas with cheese and onion. Cover rolled tortillas with sauce. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Main dish.
