Sour cream enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 12 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- small can green chilies - 1 item
- hamburger, browned and drained
- flour tortilla shells - 6 item
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Preheat oven to 350°. To hamburger, add onions, chilies and taco seasoning. Let simmer according to seasoning instructions. While hamburger simmers, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Warm this. Pour half of sour cream mixture into bottom of lasagna or cake pan. Roll hamburger into flour shells and place on sour cream mixture. Pour the rest of the sour cream mixture over shells and cover evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Main dish.
