  • cans tomato sauce - 5 oz
  • ground meat - 4 lb
  • chopped green chilies - 8 oz
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • flour tortillas - 1 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
  • can taco sauce - 8 oz
  • enchilada mix - 1 pkg

How to make sour cream enchiladas:

Brown the ground beef and drain. Mix the sour cream, taco sauce, tomato sauce and enchilada mix with the meat. Layer the meat sauce, tortillas and cheeses. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
