- sour cream - 8 oz
- cans tomato sauce - 5 oz
- ground meat - 4 lb
- chopped green chilies - 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
- can taco sauce - 8 oz
- enchilada mix - 1 pkg
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Brown the ground beef and drain. Mix the sour cream, taco sauce, tomato sauce and enchilada mix with the meat. Layer the meat sauce, tortillas and cheeses. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Main dish.
