Sour cream enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- large onions - 3 item
- sharp cheese - 1 lb
- jalapeno peppers - 3 item
- 2 can tomatoes
- tortillas - 1 item
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Chop onions and saute lightly. Add grated cheese, finely chopped peppers and tomatoes, salt and sour cream. Mix well; heat (do not boil). Run tortillas through hot grease and drain well. Fill baking dish with layers of tortillas and mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 400°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Main dish.
