  • sour cream - 1 c
  • chopped onion
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • chicken breast
  • tortillas - 1 doz
  • cans chopped chilies - 2 oz

How to make sour cream enchiladas:

Boil chicken in water until tender. Remove skin, cut into pieces. Heat soup, sour cream, onion and chilies for 5 minutes. Soften tortillas in oil and drain. Roll each with chicken and 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Pour soup over top. Top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
