Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green onions - 1 item
  • can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 10 12
  • can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 8 oz
  • soft tortillas - 1 item

How to make sour cream enchiladas:

Heat until hot the Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, green chilies, onions, cheese soup and chicken soup.

Brown hamburger, salt and pepper and onion. Mix rest of ingredients. Spread a tablespoon of sour cream and cheese mixture on soft tortillas. Add some hamburger to it. Roll up tortillas. Put tortillas in oblong pan. Over top, pour remaining sour cream and cheese mixture. Bake at 300° for about 30 minutes. This makes 18. This dish is good with brown rice.
