Sour cream cornbread



  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • 8 oz - 1 c
  • corn meal self-rising - 1 c

How to make sour cream cornbread:

Preheat oven to 400°. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in heavy iron skillet. In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients; pour into bubbling margarine. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, or until done.
