Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, vanilla and sour cream. Mix together well. Mix both sugars, pecans and cinnamon for topping. Pour 1/2 of the cake mixture into greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of topping mix over cake mixture. Spoon the other half of cake over topping and finish with remaining topping.
