Ingredients/Components

- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- milk - 1 2
- sour cream
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar
- baking powder
- baking soda
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- or 1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened - 3/4 c
- Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt cake pan
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Filling:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt cake pan. Beat sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs in large bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes scraping bowl occasionally. Beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, alternately with sour cream on low speed.Filling: Mix all ingredients together. Spread 1/3 of batter (about 2 cups) in pan; sprinkle with 1/3 of the filling (about 6 tablespoons). Repeat twice. Bake approximately 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool slightly, remove from pan and cool 10 minutes longer. Drizzle with Light Brown Glaze.Sour Cream Coffee Cake Glaze:1/4 c. or 1/2 stick margarine2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 to 2 Tbsp. milk Heat margarine over medium heat until light brown. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until smooth and of a drizzling consistency.
