  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • white sugar - 1/4 c
  • butter or oleo - 1 c

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Topping:1/3 c. brown sugar1/4 c. white sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped nuts Cream butter, sugar and eggs until light. Sift dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and vanilla. Spread half of mixture in bottom of greased pan. Sprinkle with half of topping mix. Add other half of cake mix. Top with remaining topping mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
