- margarine - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- white sugar
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Crumb Mixture:1/4 c. white sugar1/3 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon Cream together the margarine and 1 cup sugar. Add the rest of the cake ingredients. Mix together crumb ingredients. Put half of the dough in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 round 8-inch pans. Sprinkle half of the crumb mixture over dough. Cover with remaining dough and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes for a 9 x 13-inch pan or 30 minutes for two 8-inch pans.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
