Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Middle and Topping:1/4 c. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped nuts Beat eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla together until light and fluffy. Add and mix well the flour, baking powder and baking soda, then add sour cream to the mixture. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a funnel pan (angel or Bundt pan), greased. Add 1/2 of your middle and topping to mixture. Then add the remaining mixture to the rest in your pan. Top with remaining topping. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
