Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar and cinnamon - 5 Tbsp
• Beat the sour cream and eggs well

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat the sour cream and eggs well. Add ingredients together. Beat until smooth. Put into lightly greased 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Top with Streusel.Streusel:2 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. butter5 Tbsp. brown sugar and cinnamon Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Delicious!
