  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • Put in a greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan
  • Frosting:1 1/2 Tbsp

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, sour cream, vanilla; then mix in dry ingredients. Put in a greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle raisins or chocolate chips on top. Then crumb topping. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Then drip with frosting.Crumb Topping:1 c. flour1/2 c. margarine1/2 c. sugar Mix until crumbly.Frosting:1 1/2 Tbsp. hot water1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3/4 tsp. vanilla Mix.
