Sour cream coffee cake



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- pecans 2 oz - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Mix margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add sour cream to first mixture, alternately with dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla. Mix pecans, cinnamon and brown sugar for topping.Pour 1/2 batter into greased pan. Cover with 1/2 topping; repeat. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool in pan, then invert and dust with 10X sugar.
