Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- oleo - 1/2 lb
- white sugar - 1 c
- or carton sour cream - 1 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1 c. chopped pecans1/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. white sugar1 tsp. cinnamon Use angel food cake pan, greased and floured. Put 1/2 batter in pan, 1/2 topping and rest of batter. Then put rest of topping. Dot with butter. Cook at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
