Ingredients/Components

  • butter soft - 1 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • nuts optional - 3/4 c

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Crumbs:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. brown sugar3 tsp. cinnamon3/4 c. nuts (optional) Mix cake; pour 1/2 into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 the crumbs and gently cut into batter. Repeat with remaining batter and crumbs. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
