Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- butter soft - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- nuts optional - 3/4 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Crumbs:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. brown sugar3 tsp. cinnamon3/4 c. nuts (optional) Mix cake; pour 1/2 into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 the crumbs and gently cut into batter. Repeat with remaining batter and crumbs. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.This is Courtney's favorite coffee cake.
