Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- frozen coconut, thawed - 2 pkg
- small cartons sour cream - 2 item
- white cake mix with pudding added - 1 item
How to make sour cream coconut cake:
Mix first 3 ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight.Bake cake mix in two layers and split layers in half when cool. Spread the icing between layers and on top. Tastes like fresh coconut cake.
