Sour cream chicken
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- strips bacon - 6 item
- chopped beef optional - 4 oz
How to make sour cream chicken:
Wrap 1 strip of bacon around each chicken breast. Place side by side in baking dish that has been covered with chopped beef. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Do not salt. Bake, uncovered, in oven at 300° for 2 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.Note: The surplus soup mixture can be used over the rice or noodles.
