Ingredients/Components

  • boneless chicken breasts - 8 item
  • cracker crumbs - 1 item
  • sour cream
  • lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • celery salt - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • clove garlic, grated - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 tsp

How to make sour cream chicken:

Marinade:3 c. sour cream4 Tbsp. lemon juice1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. celery salt1 tsp. paprika1 clove garlic, grated1 tsp. pepper Mix together marinade and marinate chicken overnight.

Next day, roll each piece of chicken in cracker crumbs and put on a cookie sheet. Drizzle 1/2 cube butter and 1/2 cube margarine (melted) over the chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
