  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1 c
  • soda - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon flavoring
  • almond flavoring
  • flour all-purpose - 3 c

How to make sour cream cake:

Cream butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flavoring. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together. Add to batter, little at a time. Beat until well blended and creamy. Bake in oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes back clear of batter.
