  • eggs - 2 item
  • crushed bananas - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • soda, dissolved in a little hot water - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour milk or buttermilk - 1 c

How to make sour cream banana cake:

Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs, then bananas. Add flour, baking powder with milk and soda and vanilla. Bake at 350° until done.
