Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter - 6 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bacon bits - 1 item
  • grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
  • chives - 1/2 c
  • pinch of garlic salt - 1 item
  • cooked, chopped spinach, drained - 1 pkg
  • cornbread stuffing - 1 c

How to make sour cream and chives dip:

Saut?© onions in butter. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze 1 hour before cooking. Place frozen balls on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

Number of Servings: Depends on how many your guests gobble up. Preparation Time: 20 to 30 minutes.
