Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • creamy peanut butter - 1 c

How to make soft peanut butter cookies:

Preheat oven to 325°. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl. Drop mixture by teaspoons onto a nonstick baking sheet and press each with a fork. Bake for about 10 minutes. Cool before removing from baking sheet.

Option: Colored candies may be added to top. Kids (of all ages) love them.

Note: No flour in the cookies.
