Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- oleo, softened - 1 c
- vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
- raisins or nuts - 1 c
- oats quick
How to make soft oatmeal cookies:
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine oleo, sugar and pudding mix in large bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture, then add oats and raisins or nuts. Will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
