Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- ginger - 1 Tbsp
- syrup - 1 c
- soda, dissolved in 1 c - 1 tsp
How to make soft gingerbread:
Mix ingredients in order given. Bake at 400° until done. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan, 1-inch high or more. It will rise nicely. Yields 32 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Healthy.
