  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • ginger - 1 Tbsp
  • syrup - 1 c
  • soda, dissolved in 1 c - 1 tsp

How to make soft gingerbread:

Mix ingredients in order given. Bake at 400° until done. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan, 1-inch high or more. It will rise nicely. Yields 32 servings.
