Soft gingerbread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- molasses - 1 c
- ginger - 2 tsp
- cloves - 1 tsp
- pinch of nutmeg - 1 item
- a little vanilla - 1 item
- sweet or sour milk - 1 c
- soda, dissolved in boiling water - 2 tsp
How to make soft gingerbread:
Caramel Sauce:2 c. sugar1 c. milk a little vanilla1 Tbsp. butter Combine sugar, butter, spices, eggs and molasses together and beat well. Add milk, soda and flour last. Bake at 350°. Caramel: Blend and cook over low heat. Serve overRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Healthy.
