Soft gingerbread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- molasses - 1 c
- flour
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sour milk - 1 c
How to make soft gingerbread:
Cream sugar and Crisco. Beat in eggs and molasses. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with butter. ItRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Healthy.
