  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 3 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • flavoring vanilla or lemon - 1 item

How to make soft custard:

Scald milk. Pour over egg mixture. Cook in double boiler until mixture coats spoon.
