Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • yellow cake mix Duncan Hines butter flavor - 1 item

How to make sock it to me cake:

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, sour cream, oil and vanilla. Beat 1 minute. Add cake mix and beat 2 minutes. Fold in nuts. Pour half of batter into Bundt pan (well-greased and floured). Sprinkle brown sugar mixed with cinnamon over top and add rest of butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
