Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- soft butter or margarine - 1/2 c
How to make snowballs:
In large bowl combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar. With hands, mix until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate dough 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375°. Form dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet; bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set, but not brown. Let stand 1 minute. Remove to wire racks; cool partially.
