Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 lb
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • Dream Whip - 3 pkg
  • envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • angel food cake - 1 item

How to make snowball cake:

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Add 4 tablespoons cold water, lemon juice, sugar and pineapple. Mix and chill. Mix 2 packages Dream Whip; combine with gelatin mixture. Line a large bowl with wax paper. Pinch angel food cake into small pieces. Alternate layers of cake and gelatin, ending with gelatin. Refrigerate overnight. Turn onto plate. Ice with Dream Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
