Snowball cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• pkg - 1 1/2
• boiling water - 1 c
• envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
• juice of 1 lemon
• can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
• envelopes whipped topping mix - 3 item
• angel food cake, broken into bite size pieces - 1 (10

How to make snowball cake:

Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water; stir until all is dissolved. Add sugar, pineapple and lemon juice; stir well. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Prepare 2 packages of whipped topping as directed on package. Stir into gelatin mixture. In a large bowl, place layer of cake, then layer of gelatin until all is used. Refrigerate until set.

Prepare other package of topping. Unmold cake on plate. Cover with topping. Sprinkle with flaked coconut.
