  • water - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar
  • large angel food cake - 1 item
  • envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • coconut optional - 1 item
  • envelopes Dream Whip - 2 item
  • envelopes dessert topping mix Dream Whip - 2 item

How to make snowball cake:

Topping:1 c. confectioners sugar2 envelopes Dream Whip coconut (optional) Mix gelatin, water and sugar. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Add pineapple and chill until slightly thickened. Prepare Dream Whip mix according to package directions; add to gelatin mixture. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

Topping: Mix Dream Whip according to package directions. Add confectioners sugar. Put on cake; sprinkle coconut on top.
