  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Crisco - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 1 tsp

How to make snickerdoodles:

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients. Roll into walnut-size balls. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 6 to 8 minutes.
