Snickerdoodles

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour
• soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1/2 c
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• softened oleo - 1/2 c

How to make snickerdoodles:

Cream oleo, shortening and sugar. Add eggs to creamed mixture and stir. Add flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt to mixture. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into round balls. Roll balls into sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from cookie sheets!
