Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- round steak
How to make smothered steak:
Cut round steak into serving size pieces. Beat steak to tenderize. Flour, salt and pepper steak. Brown in small amount of oil. Drain. Place steak pieces into casserole dish. Add soup mix, mushroom soup, milk and mushrooms. Cover and bake for 1 hourRecipe categories: Low sodium, Meat, Beef.
