How to make smoked trout:
Soak trout in Tender Quick solution 8 to 12 hours. Rinse thoroughly. Place trout on smoker and smoke for 3 hours or until done (fish will flake easily). Debone and serve with cream cheese and Ritz crackers.Recipe categories: Fish, Freshwater fish, Trout.
