- cold water - 1 gal
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- ground pepper - 2 Tbsp
- crushed bay leaves - 2 3
- few drops red food coloring if desired - 1 item
How to make smoked fish:
Soak fish in cold brine 12 to 18 hours. Rinse fish; pat dry. Smoke fish 8 to 12 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Salmon, Trout.
