- melted butter - 2 3
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- dried herbs
- chopped, fresh herbs - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices but not all the way through; use handle of spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way. Place potatoes in a baking dish and fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt, butter and herbs. Bake potatoes at 425° for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender and cheeses have melted.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
