Sliced baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium even potatoes - 4 item
- fresh herbs such as parsley, chives or your choice - 3 Tbsp
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes in thin slices but not all the way through. Use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way. Put potatoes in baking dish. Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter and sprinkle with herbs. Bake potatoes at 425° for about 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake potatoes for another 10 minutes until brown and cheese is melted and potatoes are soft.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
