- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese
- Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium-size potatoes - 4 item
- pepper, if desired - 1/2 tsp
- parsley, chives, sage, onion or your choice - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Scrub potatoes. Pat dry. Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through. Put potatoes in a microwave-safe pan. Sprinkle oil and your choice of herbs. Microwave 10 minutes on High. Rearrange potatoes after 5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes and microwave another 6 minutes. Add cheeses. Sprinkle with salt.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
