Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- slices bacon - 2 item
- cubed chopped potatoes - 5 c
How to make skillet potatoes:
In frying pan, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Cook onion in drippings until tender. Stir in soup and pepper; gradually blend in milk. Add potatoes. Heat; stir now and then. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
